CALAMANSI DUCK
This recipe is the strange variation of duck meat and the sweet aroma of calamansi sauce, irresistibly attractive.
ANDROS INGREDIENTS
I/ INGREDIENTS
- 1 piece of duck breast
- Salt, pepper
- 50g ANDROS Frozen Calamansi Puree
- 60ml white wine
- 1 tbsp of honey
- 1 tbsp of sugar
- 2 teaspoons of cornstarch
II/ PREPARATION
- Marinate duck with salt and pepper
- Sauté the duck for 3 minutes
- Put in the oven at 200 Celcius degree for about 5 minutes or until cooked
- Let duck meat rest for about 5 minutes
- Cut the duck meat
- Mix 50g ANDROS Frozen Calamansi Puree with 60ml of wine, honey, sugar and a pinch of salt
- Boil the mixture for 5 minutes
- Add the cornstarch mixed with water
- Put duck meat and clogged sauce on the plate
- Garnish and serve with vegetables
