CRANBERRY CHICKEN
All ingredients combine in the delicious dish, spread the Christmas atmosphere and sow joy to every enjoyment.
ANDROS INGREDIENTS
I/ INGREDIENTS
CRANBERRY SAUCE
- 15g Sugar
- 75ml Water
- 75ml ANDROS Frozen Orange Puree
- 150g ANDROS Frozen Cranberry
RICE
- 150g brown rice
- 450ml Water
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
ONION SAUCE
- 40g Butter
- Half onion
CHICKEN
- 1.5 kg whole chicken
- 400g Butter
- Cooking oil
II/ PREPARATION
CRANBERRY SAUCE
- Add sugar, water and ANDROS Frozen Orange Puree to cook for 2-3 minutes
- Add ANDROS Frozen Cranberry for another 5 minutes until cooked
RICE
- Cook until the rice is soft cooked
ONION SAUCE
- Sauté onions with butter until cooked
- Mix 3 mixture: rice, onion sauce and cranberry sauce
- Add parsley, thyme, pepper and salt
CHICKEN
- Marinate chicken with salt
- Spread the butter evenly over the chicken skin
- Stuff the rice mixture into the chicken bell
- Use a toothpick to tighten chicken stomach
- Tie chicken feet and spread oil on the chicken
- Bake the chicken at 190 degrees C for 2 hours
- Sweep oil over chicken every 30 minutes
- Put it on a plate and enjoy
