ANDROS INGREDIENTS

I/ INGREDIENTS

  • Sugar: 125g
  • Egg yolk: 6
  • Egg: 4
  • Whipping cream: 200g
  • ANDROS Frozen Orange Puree: 100g
  • ANDROS Frozen Raspberry Puree: 100g

II/ PREPARATION

  • Mix 125g sugar, 6 yolks, 4 eggs, 200g whipping cream
  • Comb the mixture through a sieve
  • Divide the mixture into two
  • Pour into ceramic mold
  • Bake at 160 degrees Celsius for 50 minutes
  • Chill
  • Sprinkle a layer of sugar
  • Use a torch to burn sugar on surface
  • Serve now
