- ANDROS Peach Chunky : 40ml
- Lemongrass syrup : 10ml
- Red oolong tea : 80ml
- Ice Cubes
- Lemongrass (Garnish)
Ingredients for cream cheese milk foam (Top up)
- Cream Cheese : 100g
- Whipping cream : 180ml
- UHT Milk : 120ml
- Sea salt powder : 80g
II/ METHODS PEACH MACCHIATO
- Blend all ingredients of cream cheese milk foam in a blender.
- Pour the ANDROS White Peach Chunky, ice and add tea.
- Top up with cream cheese milk foam. Garnish with lemongrass stick.
