Cupcake is a miniature version of cream cake, usually without a filling or a sweet filling. Its core is soft, light, sweet and has a layer of cream on top for decoration. When baked, it is put in a small paper cup instead of in a large cake mold like muffin. This type of cake is often enjoyed at parties as desserts.

  • Sugar: 2000g
  • Sugar-free yogurt: 1200g
  • Cooking oil: 1600g
  • Vanilla flavor: 4g
  • Eggs: 1400g
  • Wheat flour: 2400g
  • Baking soda: 50g
  • Salt: 20g

How to make:

  • Add all ingredients (except ANDROS Filling Jam) and mix well, let the mixture rest for 30 minutes
  • Put the dough into the Muffin molds of 70g
  • Pump 15g ANDROS Filling Jam into each cake
  • Bake the cakes at 175 degrees, within 20 minutes

Blueberry Muffin recipe

Prepare ingredients:

  • ANDROS Blueberry Filling: 150g
  • ANDROS Frozen Blueberries: 150g
  • Sugar 1: 50g
  • Sugar 2: 135g
  • Yogurt: 100g
  • Cooking oil: 132g
  • Eggs: 100g
  • Salt: 2g
  • Cake flour: 200g
  • Baking soda: 4g

How to make:

  • Soak sugar 1 with frozen fruit for 30 minutes, let fruit color the liquid
  • Add the fruit mixture to the remaining ingredients, mix well, let the mixture rest for 30 minutes
  • Put the dough into the Muffin molds of 70g
  • Pump 15g ANDROS Blueberry Filling into each cake
  • Bake the cakes at 175 degrees, within 20 minutes
