Getting inspiration from the tropical trip to the Mekong Delta region in Vietnam, Vu Bao – Beverage Specialist combines native fruits, such as the Pineapple and Mango to create this tasty and refreshing cocktail recipe.

ANDROS INGREDIENTS

I/ INGREDIENTS:

  • ANDROS Pomegranate & Aloe Chunky : 40ml
  • ANDROS Frozen Strawberry Puree: 20ml 
  • ANDROS Top Up Strawberry Jelly : 60g 
  • Water : 100ml 
  • Sugar syrup : 20ml
  • Ice cubes

II/ INSTRUCTION:

Blend well all ingredients (except Top Up Strawberry Jelly) with ice cubes. Drizzle a glass with 10ml Pomegranate & Aloe Chunky, then pour blended mixture into it. 

Put Top Up Strawberry Jelly on top.

 Garnish with thyme and fresh pomegranate.
