CRANBERRY CHICKEN

All ingredients combine in the delicious dish, spread the Christmas atmosphere and sow joy to every enjoyment.

ANDROS INGREDIENTS

I/ INGREDIENTS

CRANBERRY SAUCE

  • 15g Sugar
  • 75ml Water
  • 75ml ANDROS Frozen Orange Puree
  • 150g ANDROS Frozen Cranberry

RICE

  • 150g brown rice
  • 450ml Water
  • 1 tbsp cooking oil

ONION SAUCE

  • 40g Butter
  • Half onion

CHICKEN

  • 1.5 kg whole chicken
  • 400g Butter
  • Cooking oil

II/ PREPARATION

CRANBERRY SAUCE

  • Add sugar, water and ANDROS Frozen Orange Puree to cook for 2-3 minutes
  • Add ANDROS Frozen Cranberry for another 5 minutes until cooked

RICE

  • Cook until the rice is soft cooked

ONION SAUCE

  • Sauté onions with butter until cooked
  • Mix 3 mixture: rice, onion sauce and cranberry sauce
  • Add parsley, thyme, pepper and salt

CHICKEN

  • Marinate chicken with salt
  • Spread the butter evenly over the chicken skin
  • Stuff the rice mixture into the chicken bell
  • Use a toothpick to tighten chicken stomach
  • Tie chicken feet and spread oil on the chicken
  • Bake the chicken at 190 degrees C for 2 hours
  • Sweep oil over chicken every 30 minutes
  • Put it on a plate and enjoy
