  • Salted butter : 105g
  • Powdered sugar : 50g
  • Cake flour: 150g
  • Full cream milk: 120g
  • ANDROS Frozen Raspberry Puree : 225g
  • Egg yolk : 80g
  • Sugar : 50g
  • Cake flour : 20g
  • Corn starch : 20g
  • ANDROS Raspberry Jam


  • Put salted butter, powdered sugar, and flour in a large bowl, mix well until the dough is evenly lumpy
  • Put some flour on a clean table surface, then knead and roll it with your hands until the dough no longer sticks to your hands. Stuff the dough into a long pillar
  • Cut the dough into small circles, bake for 10 minutes at 180 degrees C
  • Heat full cream milk, ANDROS Frozen Raspberry Puree, stir well
  • Combine well the mixture of egg yolks, sugar, flour, cornstarch
  • Mix Raspberry cream and egg yolk mixture well
  • Heat, stir well until cream thickens. Let it cool and put in ice cream catch bag
  • Put the Scottish biscuits on a plate, decorate the raspberry cream around and the raspberry jam in the center, sift some more powdered sugar on top
